Job Duties include:
Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
Respond to queries either in person or over the phone. Scope of work includes desktop, laptop, iOS and computer accessories.
Respond to email messages for customers seeking help.
Process and evaluate equipment that is being reclaimed Troubleshoot devices that have been labeled as defective.
Maintain device inventory and tracking for work performed.
Minimum of 3 years experience in IT support environment supporting Windows 7/10 platforms.
Minimum 1 years experience support with mobile device, iOS, smartphone or tablets.
Outstanding customer service skills
Excellent communication and time management skills
High School Diploma required or Associates degree or technical certifications in related field preferred
