Job Duties include:
  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Respond to queries either in person or over the phone. Scope of work includes desktop, laptop, iOS and computer accessories.
  • Respond to email messages for customers seeking help.
  • Process and evaluate equipment that is being reclaimed Troubleshoot devices that have been labeled as defective.
  • Maintain device inventory and tracking for work performed.
Experience required:
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in IT support environment supporting Windows 7/10 platforms.
  • Minimum 1 years experience support with mobile device, iOS, smartphone or tablets.
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
Additional requirements:
  • High School Diploma required or Associates degree or technical certifications in related field preferred
  • Valid Drivers license required
